It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct, up-to-date and complete. We are not responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses or delayed or refused delivery by the carrier for the same. In the case where a shipment is returned to us by the carrier, the customer may be entitled to a refund of the purchase price and taxes. Please note, in this scenario, shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer will also be responsible for paying any return shipping fees incurred to us and this will be deducted from your final refund amount.

In India, Zota Jewels serves to selected cities. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

1. Domestic Order: We provide free shipping within India.

2. All our products are specially packaged in travel-safe, tamper-proof packing and utmost care is taken at every stage to ensure that the product reaches your hands in perfect condition. We request our customers to thoroughly check the parcel before signing any receipt. Once receipt is signed by the Customer, the Customer cannot dispute and/or make claim about the quality, quantity and /or any other aspect of the product .

TIME TO DELIVER

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

• Delivery Time for Domestic Orders

The product is delivered within 5-7 working days in India from the day of product dispatch notification sent to the customer, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we shall cancel the order and notify you regarding the same. In such cases, the refund will be made directly to your account via the same mode through which the payment was made. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification:
